To ensure you receive treatment as efficiently as possible without waiting, a dedicated coordinator will provide 1:1 assistance in matching the optimal reservation time based on your flight schedule and stay in Korea.

Please note
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take at least 5–10 business days.
- If you paid with an overseas card, the charged and refunded amounts may differ due to exchange-rate changes.
- If we cannot assign an interpreter for your booked period, you receive a full refund.
- Free interpreting is available to foreign nationals not enrolled in Korea's National Health Insurance.
