The National Cancer Center (NCC) is a public institution established by the Korean government. - Emergency Care Center: 24-hour emergency medical system for seriously ill cancer patients.

* Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Korea.
※ The National Cancer Center operates on a 100% reservation basis, so it is essential to confirm your schedule through a dedicated K-MED coordinator before visiting.

예약금 100,000원은 의료통역 2시간과 병원 예약·코디네이션 비용입니다. 병원에 방문하시면 돌려드립니다.
- 100% 시술을 진행하신 경우
- 100% 방문 3일 전까지 취소하신 경우
- 검사비용 차감 상담만 받고 시술을 진행하지 않으신 경우
- 50% 방문 1~2일 전 취소하신 경우
- 0% 당일 취소 또는 미방문
※ 의료진이 시술이 적합하지 않다고 판단한 경우에는 전액 환불해 드립니다.

진료 및 시술 금액에 따라 무료로 제공되는 통역시간이 달라집니다.

- 환불은 결제하신 수단으로 처리되며 최소 5~10영업일이 걸립니다.
- 해외 카드로 결제하신 경우 환율 변동에 따라 결제 금액과 환불 금액이 다를 수 있습니다.
- 예약하신 기간에 통역사 배정이 어려운 경우 전액 환불해 드립니다.
- 무료 통역지원 대상은 국민건강보험에 가입되지 않은 외국인을 대상으로 가능합니다.
