1. Clinic Information

Our medical team deeply understands the patient's perspective, providing honest and evidence-based treatment without overtreatment. We openly disclose all surgical procedures, operate a "follicle counting system" to check the number of transplanted hairs in real-time, and offer a "responsibility guarantee system" to assure post-operative results, earning the highest trust from international patients.

 

2. Treatments and Procedures

  • 1:1 Custom High-Density Hair Transplant (FUT / FUE Hair Transplant): A highly specialized transplantation technique that precisely analyzes the patient's scalp thickness and follicular unit condition to custom-match the most successful method between Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and Follicular Unit Excision (FUE).

  • No-Shave Micro-Cut FUE Transplant: A premium surgical method highly favored by global business clients and tourists for its ability to meticulously extract follicular units without shaving, making the procedure undetectable immediately afterward.

  • Medical Hair Loss Treatment & Prescription (Evidence-Based Hair Loss Therapy): A fundamental hair root strengthening solution combining medically proven drug therapy, scalp injections, and targeted programs for seborrheic dermatitis.

  • Monday / Tuesday / Friday: 10:00 ~ 19:00

  • Thursday - Night Care: 10:00 ~ 20:00 

  • Saturday - Weekend Care: 10:00 ~ 17:00

 * Closed every Wednesday, Sunday, and on Korean public holidays.

 ※ Surgery Reservation Notice: Due to the nature of hair transplant surgery, the number of surgeries that can be performed in one day is limited. To ensure smooth scheduling and perfect preparation for follicular unit extraction, advance reservations through a dedicated coordinator before arrival are essential.

Booking Information

A ₩100,000 deposit covers 2 hours of medical interpreting plus hospital booking and coordination. It is refunded when you arrive at the hospital.

  • 50% If you cancel 1–2 days before your visit
  • 0% Same-day cancellation or no-show

  • 30-day post-care after you return home You can ask questions through the coordinator who accompanied you at the hospital.

After we confirm your preferred date and place, you can request interpreting separately. A separate fee applies.

How it works

  1. Request a booking Apply at least 3 business days before your desired visit date
  2. Confirmation Within 24 hours of your request, we confirm and assign an interpreter
  3. Hospital visit Your interpreter accompanies you
  4. Deposit refund We process it after confirming your visit

Please note

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take at least 5–10 business days.
  • If you paid with an overseas card, the charged and refunded amounts may differ due to exchange-rate changes.
  • If we cannot assign an interpreter for your booked period, you receive a full refund.
  • Free interpreting is available to foreign nationals not enrolled in Korea's National Health Insurance.
