6. KOMEDI Booking Information
The ₩100,000 deposit includes confirmed hospital booking and 2 hours of professional medical interpretation. Complimentary interpretation hours increase with the treatment amount.
Treatment amount ₩1,000,000 – 2,500,000: 2 hours of interpretation
Treatment amount ₩2,500,000 – 5,000,000: 4 hours of interpretation
Treatment amount ₩5,000,000 or more: 8 hours of interpretation
The cancellation policy follows KOMEDI's standard policy.
Booking Information
A ₩100,000 deposit covers 2 hours of medical interpreting plus hospital booking and coordination. It is refunded when you arrive at the hospital.

What's included in your booking
- Pre-visit consultation & quote We explain the procedure/treatment and the expected cost before your visit.
- Hospital booking service We arrange your appointment schedule and help issue documents.
- Medical interpreter accompaniment We stay with you from reception through your results consultation.
- Results guidance If you need your results or medical records, we provide the original documents (translation included).
- 30-day post-care after you return home You can ask questions through the coordinator who accompanied you at the hospital.

After we confirm your preferred date and place, you can request interpreting separately. A separate fee applies.

How it works
- Request a booking Apply at least 3 business days before your desired visit date
- Confirmation Within 24 hours of your request, we confirm and assign an interpreter
- Hospital visit Your interpreter accompanies you
- Deposit refund We process it after confirming your visit
Please note
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and take at least 5–10 business days.
- If you paid with an overseas card, the charged and refunded amounts may differ due to exchange-rate changes.
- If we cannot assign an interpreter for your booked period, you receive a full refund.
- Free interpreting is available to foreign nationals not enrolled in Korea's National Health Insurance.
